Pharmacist


Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Pahrmacy from an accredited institution and registration with the Pharmacy Council of Jamaica.
  • Eight (8) years experience as a Pharmacist
  • HIV/AIDS knowledge and experience in managing HIV/AIDS patient

 

Responsibilities

  • The Pharmacist will be required to provide support services to facilitate staff to improve treatment, care and support and the continuum of care at the site level.
  • He/She will have the responsibility  of identifying unique issues at  individual sites and developing and implementing a plan of action to correct the problems identified.
  • He/She will also assess the achievements of the current private pharmacy ARV distribution programme and make recommendations for training.
