Dental Surgeond (DS2)

Position: Dental Surgeon (HPC/DS2)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following position within the Medical Services Branch of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

Job Purpose

The Dental Surgeon position is responsible for providing clinical dental services and preventative dental care in all JCF MSB locations or agreed setting. The Dental Surgeon will supervise the Dental Nurses in accordance to provisions of the Dental Act.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited/approved dental school
• Completion of an accredited general practice residency programme is preferred or successful completion of Dental internship
• Four to five years progressive experience in clinical dentistry.
• Registration with the Dental Council.
